1. 商品資訊
本店販售之商品主要為日本直送的美容保養品、保健食品及相關商品。商品圖片、規格、成分、包裝與說明可能因製造商更新而有所不同，實際商品以收到的實物及原廠包裝標示為準。

2. 非醫療建議

3. 訂單與付款
顧客下單前應確認商品、數量、收件資訊、付款方式與訂單內容正確。訂單成立並完成付款後，本店將依訂單內容安排處理與出貨。本店保留因商品缺貨、價格錯誤、系統異常、配送限制或其他合理原因取消訂單的權利。

4. 配送

5. 進口稅費與清關
因商品為日本直送，商品抵達目的地國家或地區時，可能依當地法規產生進口稅、關稅、消費稅、清關費或其他相關費用。上述費用由顧客自行承擔。顧客亦應配合目的地國家或地區之清關要求。

6. 退貨與退款

1. Product Information
Our store sells beauty care products, supplements, and related items shipped directly from Japan. Product images, specifications, ingredients, packaging, and descriptions may vary due to manufacturer updates. The actual product and original packaging shall prevail.

2. Not Medical Advice
Our products are for daily wellness, beauty care, nutritional support, and lifestyle management. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, special constitution, are taking medication, pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult a professional before use.

3. Orders and Payments
Customers are responsible for checking product details, quantity, shipping information, payment method, and order contents before placing an order. After an order is placed and payment is completed, we will process and ship the order accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, system issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable reasons.

4. Shipping
We currently ship to Taiwan and Singapore only. All products are shipped directly from Japan. Delivery times may vary due to logistics, customs, holidays, weather, or force majeure events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Import Duties and Customs Clearance
Because our products are shipped directly from Japan, import duties, customs fees, taxes, clearance fees, or other related charges may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are also responsible for complying with local customs clearance requirements.

6. Returns and Refunds
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted. For food, supplements, beauty, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. 7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information.
