退貨與退款政策 / Return and Refund Policy

本店商品為日本直送。訂單出貨後,恕不接受因個人因素取消、退貨或換貨。

食品、保健食品、美容及個人護理商品,基於衛生與食品安全考量,商品一經開封或使用,除商品錯誤、破損或明顯瑕疵外,恕不接受退貨或退款。

如收到錯誤商品、破損商品或漏寄商品,請於收到商品後 48 小時內聯絡客服,並提供訂單號碼與清楚照片。確認後,本店將依情況安排補發、部分退款或退款。

因日本直送及跨境配送因素,若商品已出貨,因個人原因、地址填寫錯誤、拒收、無人收件、未支付進口稅費或未完成清關所造成的退件、延誤或損失,恕不接受退款。

退款經確認後,將依原付款方式退回。實際入帳時間依付款機構處理時間而定。

Our products are shipped directly from Japan. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted.

For food, supplements, beauty, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, or refund.

Due to cross-border shipping from Japan, refunds are not accepted for issues caused by personal reasons, incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import duties, or incomplete customs clearance after the order has been dispatched.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
