退款與退貨政策 / Return and Refund Policy

本店商品為日本直送。訂單一經出貨，恕不接受因個人因素取消、退貨或換貨。

食品、保健食品、美容及個人護理商品，基於衛生與食品安全考量，商品一經拆封或使用，除錯發、破損或瑕疵商品外，恕不接受退貨或退款。

如收到錯誤商品、破損商品、瑕疵商品或漏寄商品，請於收貨後儘快聯絡客服，並提供訂單號碼、問題說明及相關照片，以便我們查核及協助處理。

瑕疵或錯發商品經確認需要退貨時，退貨運費由本店承擔。請先聯絡客服 amarituoffice@gmail.com，取得退貨指示及地址後再寄回。

因日本直送及跨境配送因素，若商品已出貨，因個人原因、地址填寫錯誤、拒收、無人收件、未完成清關等情況，恕不接受退款。

退款經批准後，本店將於 3 個工作日內依原付款方式執行退款。退款執行後，實際入帳時間取決於顧客所使用的付款方式，以及銀行、發卡機構或支付服務商的處理時間。如超過付款機構預計的處理時間仍未收到退款，請聯絡本店協助查詢。

如適用法律另有強制規定，依該規定辦理。本政策不限制消費者依適用法律享有的退貨、退款或其他法定權利。

Return and Refund Policy

Our products are shipped directly from Japan. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to personal reasons are not accepted.

For food, supplements, beauty, and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and food safety considerations, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

If your order contains an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact our customer service as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos so that we can investigate and assist you.

For approved returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items, our store will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact amarituoffice@gmail.com for return instructions and the return address before sending an item back.

Due to international shipping from Japan, refunds are not accepted for orders affected by personal reasons, incorrect shipping addresses, refused delivery, failed delivery, or customs clearance issues after dispatch.

Once a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 3 business days. After the refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and the processing times of your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If you have not received the refund after your payment provider's expected processing timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

If mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise, those provisions apply. This policy does not limit any return, refund, or other statutory rights you have under applicable law.
