Shipping methods and delivery times

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Estimated total delivery time to Singapore and Taiwan is 7–14 business days, including order processing. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout. Delivery may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

If tracking is available, we will send you a tracking number and link after your order ships. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Singapore and Taiwan.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us at amarituoffice@gmail.com and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be unable to modify an order after it ships.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may ship separately. Each shipment may have its own tracking information.
