配送政策 / Shipping Policy
本店目前配送地區為台灣與新加坡。
所有商品皆由日本直送。訂單成立並完成付款後，我們通常會於 1-3 個工作日內處理訂單。實際出貨時間可能因日本供應狀況、假日、物流安排或其他不可抗力因素而有所延遲。
預計配送時間：
台灣：約 7-14 個工作日
新加坡：約 7-14 個工作日
以上時間為預估配送時間，不包含海關查驗、進口清關、當地物流延誤、節假日或不可抗力因素造成的延遲。
訂單出貨後，如物流提供追蹤資訊，我們將透過 email 或訂單頁面提供給顧客。
進口稅費與關稅：
由於本店商品為日本直送，商品抵達目的地國家或地區時，可能依當地法規產生進口稅、關稅、消費稅、清關費或其他相關費用。上述費用由顧客自行承擔，實際金額以當地海關或物流公司通知為準。
配送資訊：
請顧客下單前確認收件姓名、地址、電話與 email 正確無誤。若因顧客提供錯誤或不完整的配送資訊、拒收、無人收件、未支付進口稅費或未完成清關而導致配送延誤、退件或包裹遺失，本店恕不承擔相關責任，亦不接受退款。
配送限制：
部分商品可能因目的地國家或地區的進口規定、海關政策或物流限制而無法配送。如遇此情況，我們將聯絡顧客並協助處理訂單。
Our store currently ships to Taiwan and Singapore only.
All products are shipped directly from Japan. After an order is placed and payment is completed, we usually process the order within 1-3 business days. Processing or shipping times may vary due to supplier availability in Japan, holidays, logistics arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated delivery time:
Taiwan: approximately 7-14 business days
Singapore: approximately 7-14 business days
The estimated delivery time does not include delays caused by customs inspection, import clearance, local delivery delays, holidays, or force majeure events.
After the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email or through the order page if available.
Import duties and taxes:
Because our products are shipped directly from Japan, import duties, customs fees, taxes, clearance fees, or other related charges may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The final amount is determined by the local customs authority or logistics provider.
Shipping information:
Please make sure the recipient name, address, phone number, and email are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, returns, failed deliveries, or parcel loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import duties, or incomplete customs clearance. Refunds will not be accepted in these cases.
Shipping restrictions:
Some products may be restricted by import regulations, customs policies, or logistics limitations in the destination country or region. If this occurs, we will contact the customer and assist with the order.
